Data Deletion Instructions
At Eden Surge, we value your privacy and provide clear steps for you to manage and delete your data. If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram accounts to our platform and wish to remove the associated data, you can do so following the instructions below.
Method 1: Via Eden Surge Dashboard (Recommended)
The fastest way to remove your data is directly through your account settings:
- Log in to your Eden Surge Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Find the Connected Accounts section.
- Click Disconnect next to the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account you wish to remove. This will immediately revoke our access tokens and delete cached profile data.
- To fully delete your Eden Surge account and all associated data, scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Delete Account.
Method 2: Via Facebook Settings
You can also revoke access directly through Facebook's interface:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
- Find Eden Surge in the list.
- Click Remove.
Method 3: Email Request
If you are unable to access your account or prefer a manual request, you can email our data privacy team at director@edenanalytics.co.uk.
Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the email address associated with your Eden Surge account. We will process your request and delete all your personal data from our servers within 30 days.
What data is deleted?
When you request data deletion, we remove your personal identifiers (name, email, profile image), all stored access tokens for connected platforms, and any cached performance data retrieved from those platforms. Some transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.
